Attractive Workplaces: Innovative company strategies for growth and jobs

The AWWW GmbH was the project leader of the project Attractive workplaces: Innovate company strategies for growth and jobs conducted for the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Info sheet).

The project investigated good practice examples at the company level and their potential contribution to the targets of the Lisbon strategy. It looked at company case studies in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
 
Six orientations respectively thematic headings guided the project:

The outcome of the project are 102 case study reports. The case studies can be found here.

The case study collection for the project was selected by the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies for the CAHRS Top Ten list in January 2008.
